Health is the amount of damage a character can take before they die and it's the half of the character's combined Strength and Endurance.

Magicka is used to cast spells and it's equal to half of the character's Intelligence. This can be further increased based on the character's race and birthsign (not implemented yet), which can increase their magicka multiplier.
